MMMEC has been selected as one of the ten or so government engineering colleges to be inter-networked within the state of Uttar Pradesh. The news report from Dainik Jagran can be read at the following link -

As you can see from the report that there is not really a shortage of funds being provided from the government. The real key is in the creativity and motivation to make good use of that money and of the infrastructure that this funding is helping generate. After all, what good is this Inter-Networked environment if there is not a general will amongst the faculty from these engineering colleges to effectively collaborate to advance fundamental and corss-disciplinary research at all the colleges.
